Relax • Escape of Choice

A hideaway at California's far edge.

Northern California offers an escape from noise, schedules and the demands of everyday life. Smith River sits near the Oregon border, where the coast and redwoods create the kind of setting people seek out specifically to disappear for a while.

White Rock carries that same idea into the resort itself: private cabins, open views and an atmosphere that feels adventurous without giving up comfort.

Smith River, California

The place is part of the story.

Smith River sits in California's northwestern corner — a landscape of wild coastline, ancient redwoods, clear waterways and quiet roads that reward wandering beyond the obvious route. The river runs roughly 25 miles from the Klamath Mountains to the Pacific and is designated as a Wild and Scenic River.
