White Rock Resort Cabin Rentals
Fees
Charges are as follows: Daily, weekly, or monthly rates as advertised at time of reservation and 10% lodging tax. $60.00 Resort fee per day covers cabin & spa maintenance and cleaning.
Payment Policy
(Temporary Change; deposit will not be charged until called from Resort) First night stay plus tax must be paid at booking. Resort fees, damage deposit and balance at check-in. Weekend arrivals must be paid in advance by Friday 4pm. Please call the office with any questions during office working hours: M – F 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Closed Weekends.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice given 15 days or more – 100% refund. 14-8 days $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 7 days or less, 1-night stay will be billed. No shows will NOT get a refund.
Check in/ Check out
Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Late check out or early check in only upon prior written management approval. Guests must call the office prior to 4:00 PM if arriving late for check in instructions, balance payment and lock box code. Phone numbers are posted on the office door. Dispose of all garbage in the trash bin located at the front of the resort. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, on the stove or in the oven. Extra cleaning of dishes, pans, oven etc. will be charged a minimum of $15.00.
Children Safety
Everyone is welcome at the White Rock Resort. Please be advised that some cabins have an open loft, and some are closed. The steps to the loft can be a little steep. The cabins are not child proofed and do not have baby gates. You must take precautions as necessary to protect your small children. If furniture is moved, please put it back to its original position before checkout. No chains, rope style or attachments that create any damage may be used to cabin surfaces of any kind, to contain or keep out pets, children, or other guests.
Linens
All our linens are owned by the White Rock Resort and are laundered on site. Each cabin’s bedding has been chosen and purchased by each Tenant Owner. Please do not use towels or linens to clean off makeup or hair dye. Do not use any towels to clean shoes or take to the beach. Paper towels are provided for clean ups. Each cabin is privately owned unlike a hotel, cabins are not serviced every day.
Damage/Loss/Cleaning Policy
Please do not remove linens, towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, decorations, appliances etc. from the cabins. Upon check out If there are any large stains on the linens or bedding or mattresses that cannot be removed, or excessive cleaning is needed, or damage, or lost/stolen items, guests will be liable for additional charges and credit card will be billed for those items. Normal wear and tear are expected. Please report any damage or breakage to Park Management immediately. The guest will be notified via email of any additional charges. Due to safety issues regarding body fluids, especially blood, items stained may need to be replaced. Damages caused by lubricants of any kind may also be charged to guests. If pets are found to have been in loft or furniture resulting in damage or extra cleaning, guests will be charged a minimum of $150.
BBQ’s
BBQ’s are not allowed in the cabin, front of cabin or cabin decks. Under no circumstances are charcoal grills allowed.
Lost or Stolen Items
White Rock Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not leave valuable items in vehicles, in front of cabin or on back decks that can be accessed by others. Lock your doors.
Jacuzzi Safety
Our jacuzzis are cleaned, and chemicals added after each guest. If you have any issues with the jacuzzi, please notify the Park Manager immediately. If unsure how to use it, please call the Park Manager. Do not put a bubble bath in the jacuzzi. Please rinse off all lotion, sunscreen prior to entering the jacuzzi. New bathing suits may bleed in jacuzzi causing discolored water. Hair recently dyed may be affected by the chlorine. Please do not use the towels to wipe off hair color. Notify the Park Manager immediately. Take caution when children are using the jacuzzi. Do not leave children unattended.
Pets
All pets must be declared in advance of booking. The owner determines the allowance of a pet, how many and size for their cabin. No more than 2 pets are allowed per cabin that is pet friendly. No cats, reptiles, or any form of animal other than a dog are permitted in pet friendly cabins. Pets allowed in pet friendly cabins only. Do not take your pet to another cabin that does not allow pets. They must be on a leash when outdoors. Pet area is provided near the dumpster. Pickup after your pet. Keep your pets off beds and furniture. Pets are not allowed in the loft. Please pickup after your pet when at the beach in consideration of other guests and dispose of it properly. Stains and damage to furniture or bedding could result in extra charges. Barking, threatening, or aggressive pets are not allowed. Violation of rules could result in having to remove pets or guests may be asked to leave, upon which no refund would be given.
Smoking
NO smoking/vaping of any substance is allowed in any cabin. Some cabins allow cigarette smoking on the patio. If you smoke In patio area, please close the door and windows so smoke does not enter the cabin. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown in landscaping or on the grounds. Please do not throw cigarette buds around the parking lots or around cabins, this is a fire hazard. Please dispose of it correctly.
Cannabis
No smoking is allowed in any cabin or on Resort grounds, including Resort beach. No form of cannabis that will leave an odor of any kind, in the cabin however used, stored or consumed is allowed.
COMPLAINTS REGARDING SMOKE FROM CIGARETTES OR CANNABIS ETC. GUEST WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SMOKE ON PREMISE. IF CABIN SMELLS OF SMOKE, A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $150.OO WILL BE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE. THIS FEE IS TO PAY FOR EXTRA CLEANING.
Parking
All guests must register by signing in via the WRR online portal. Any vehicle on the property or parking lot next door not registered on the WRR online portal may be towed at owner’s expense..
Rental resort for guests, visitors and invitees.
For anyone staying at the resort overnight or visiting more than three consecutive hours It is the tenants responsibility to ensure that all occupants including and not limited to tenants, guests, visitors, and invitees must register everyone using the Guesty software including registering any vehicle entering the Park. For anyone staying more than fourteen days total at any given time, Park will need to be notified and is subject to Park approval. The park may limit the quantity of guests, visitors, occupants or invitees may prohibit any individual from the park.
Beach use, Bonfires and Fireworks
See State Rules and Restrictions online regarding use of BBQ’s. Per state rules, no burning of driftwood is permitted. Anyone caught burning driftwood will be asked to put it out. The smoke from driftwood is a health hazard and affects resort guests and employees.
Fireworks are not allowed on property, which includes Resort beach to low tide.

Each cabin has a lavish king or queen bed with sumptuously soft linens, a separate living room, a kitchenette with a sink, an induction burner, a kettle, a mini refrigerator, and a mini bar, as well as floor-to-ceiling tiling in the shower and bathroom. The majority of villa suites have a front and a back terrace with a jacuzzi and furniture.
Please take note that while our resort is designed to help you unwind, we do have amazing WiFi, cable TVs, if you need them.

We are just south of the Oregon border. Brookings, Oregon is the closest town located 6.7 miles north of the resort. Crescent City, California is the closest city located 19.5 miles south of the resort.
We hope you do not cancel your plans with us, but you should do so 72 hours before your arrival day if you must. Any date modifications to your stay also need to happen 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid first night room and tax penalty charge. We do not allow changes within a 72-hour timeframe.
Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest cabins. A violation of smoking in the guest rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
The White Rock Resort is definitely a pet-friendly resort although some cabin prefer not to have pets. Please be sure to check with each cabin.
The closest major airport is Rogue Valley Intercontinental Airport, in Medford Oregon 116 miles from the resort. Other nearby domestic airports include Del Norte County Regional Airport in Crescent City, California and Arcata Eureka Airport in Eureka California.
Each cabin has one designated parking spot free of charge to guests. If you are in need of additional parking please contact the resort prior to your arrival.
