If you need more garbage bags aside from the 2 extra ones left in your cabin, please contact our guest relation representative between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Laundry Room Access:

The Resort laundry room is reserved for our Resort staff. The closest laundromat is 5.5 miles (about 10 min drive) at 97900 Shopping Center Ave, Brookings, OR 97415. Open daily 7 AM -10 PM (541)469-3975.

Early check-in:

If you contact our guest relation representative the morning prior to your arrival, we will gladly try and accommodate you depending on availability.

Late check out:

Feel free to contact our guest relations representative the day prior to your departure and we will gladly try and accommodate you depending on availability.

Extra fees for cleanup and broken items:

Your reservation includes a reasonable cleaning fee, assuming the cabin is left in an acceptable condition to avoid additional supplementary fees. After the guests vacate the cabin, any damages or broken items will be evaluated and charged to the guest accordingly.

Extending my stay:

If you wish to extend your stay, please make sure to contact our guest relations representative as soon as possible, and depending on availability we will be happy to accommodate you.

Leaving earlier than scheduled:

We understand that situations arise at times. If this is your case, please make sure to contact our guest relations representative and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Can we get more coffee…

Our dedicated team ensures that all cabins have all the amenities and necessary items so you can have a most enjoyable experience. If you need anything, please be sure to contact our guest relations representative and we will gladly try to accommodate you. However, given our remote location, our staff is available from 10:00 Am to 4:00 PM.

Are Dogs allowed on the beach?

Although dogs are allowed on the beach, please know that you are fully responsible for any damage, disturbances, annoyances, or harm caused by your dog. Please make sure to read the full Beach Access Release Agreement. (This must be a link to the agreement)

Lost and found items:

If a personal item is found, our cleaning crew will gladly hold it in the office for a few days. Please feel free to contact our guest relations representative to get more information.

Is smoking outside allowed?

Although smoking is allowed outside the cabins, we respectfully request that smokers be sensitive to anyone else around who may not enjoy or agree to smoking. We believe that by everyone respecting each other, the world would indeed be a much happier place and therefore we truly thank you for your cooperation and kind consideration.
